The Parasky Flute Studios exist to promote and encourage the study of the flute via private lessons, flute ensembles and studio classes. Students will be provided with a means to develop a lifelong appreciation of music and the arts.
They will be exposed to the fundamentals of playing the flute, effective learning techniques, live musical performances, auditions and the importance of camaraderie and community service. Individualized curricula are developed for varying levels of skill from new beginners to potential music majors.
Mr. Parasky teaches lessons in both Murrysville and Wexford in a weekly format with occasional scheduled breaks. The Annual Term enrollment option includes 40 lessons at a reduced tuition rate. Students may also elect to split instruction into the Academic Term (30 lessons) and the Summer Term à la carte (7-10 lessons) at the regular tuition rate. Multiple performances are scheduled each year and attendance is expected at all lessons.
Remote instruction is available anytime as needed. A la carte lessons are available to non-studio members for regular instruction, audition preparation or or coaching sessions. Contact Mr. Parasky directly for more information regarding availability and pricing for non-studio member lessons.
